                  "THE JEWISH JOURNEY: THE GREAT AMERICAN SONGBOOK"

This program presents background about and celebrates the musical contributions of Jewish composers and song writers of the 20th Century.   Jeff and Janis look at ways that the composer's and songwriter's Jewish background was an important component of their artistic development.   Rick Kogan, WGN personality and Chicago Tribune reporter, called "Jeff & Janis" one of the most delightful and entertaining musical teams he has had the pleasure to watch perform.

A dessert social will take place immediately following the presentation.
